Q: What is the latest time that I can place an order and still get it delivered the next day?

A: If you place an order by 5:00pm Monday-Friday and you are in the Nichols delivery area you will receive the order the next business day.

Q: What day of the week do you deliver to my area?

A: Click here to view Nichols normal delivery schedule. If you don’t see your delivery area here please contact Nichols at 888-642-8178 to make other delivery or shipping arrangements. Nichols also ships via UPS or other carrier as needed. Please note this delivery schedule is subject to change during holiday times.

Q: Is there a minimum order amount?

A: Nichols minimum order is $50.00. Orders not meeting the minimum will be billed a $7.50 small order processing charge, in addition to fuel surcharge and freight.

Q: What forms of payment can be used?

A: Nichols prefers that all purchases be made through an established Nichols account. To establish a new account click here for the Nichols credit application. Completed credit applications should be faxed to the Nichols accounting department at (231) 799-3551. Nichols also accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express for payment.

Q: Can I pick my order up at a Nichols warehouse?

A: Yes. When placing an order please make this request and verify that the product is available in stock at the location you would be picking up.

A: Nichols houses its main operations in a modern facility located off of US-31 between Muskegon and Spring Lake and this 110,000 sq. ft. building allows for operational and logistical efficiencies among other branch offices in Holland, Grand Rapids, Traverse City and Jackson.
