Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice and are subject to the availability of the products. Please inquire at time of order for current pricing or contact your Nichols Representative for written quotations.

Sales Tax
All customers will be considered taxable, until we receive a certificate of exemption form.


Terms
Our terms are Net 25 days for customers with approved credit. Unless an open account has been established, or the order has been pre-paid, all orders will be shipped C.O.D. cash or credit card. There will be a $15.00 service charge for a l returned checks and 1.5% service charge on past due invoices.


Credit Cards
Nichols accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you desire, we can keep your card information on file so your orders are automatically paid as they are shipped.


Minimum Order
Our minimum order is $50.00. Any order not meeting this minimum will be automatically billed a $6.00 "Small Order Processing Charge", plus freight.


Freight
Orders under $100.00 or outside Nichols delivery area are subject to a delivery charge. Nichols will ship the order by the carrier of their choice, unless requested otherwise. (UPS hazardous chemicals charges may be applicable.)


Returned Merchandise Returns
Merchandise may not be returned to Nichols without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number from a Nichols representative.


Special Orders
Nichols will gladly order an item for you that we do not stock. These items must be ordered in full cases. Any returns are subject to a manufacturer's restocking fee.


Custom Orders
Nichols will gladly order a custom item for you. These items will be ordered for you on a non-cancelable basis only. Unless an open account has been established, orders for custom products must be pre-paid.


Backorders
We will "backorder" an out of stock item for shipment at a later date. Let us know at time of order, if you do not wish this to happen.
