Historically, Memorial Day has been the kick-off to Summer. This year’s Memorial Day is going to look and feel much different than it typically would. No parades, smaller gathering, but I’m still hoping for sunshine!
While many of us will be enjoying the hopeful sunshine and the three-day weekend with our families, it is important to remember the true meaning of the day. It is a day to honor the men and women who have given the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom here in the United States.

So, this weekend it is okay to grill out and have fun, but please remember to healthy and safe out there with social distancing. But even more importantly remember and honor those who have fallen and sacrificed so much to protect our freedoms. Happy Memorial Day!
