Over the past several decades, customers like yourself have trusted Nichols to keep their facilities clean and healthy and to safely ship their products and for this we feel truly privileged and thankful for the partnership and relationship. As the COVID-19 worldwide pandemic is upon us, we will continue to do everything in our power to continue to keep YOU FIRST. Because of these unprecedented times, there are a few very important announcements that we must inform you of.
COVID-19 Supply Chain Update - 3/6/2020
With increasing concerns regarding the spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), Nichols is seeing large increases in demand for products that pertain to infectious disease prevention. These include items like Personal Protective Equipment, disinfectants, hand sanitizers, and related wipes. Manufacturer supply chain allocations are being put in place by almost all manufacturers of these items. Our supply management team is working hard and diligently monitoring the items impacted. We are partnering with our strategic suppliers to keep up-to-date on product availability and actively sourcing alternative items. Please note that orders for unusually large amounts cannot be prioritized due to the global demand and manufacturer allocations and during this time it is possible that some orders could be disrupted.
